Standard household schedule
Annual advisory fees.
| Household assets | Annual rate |
|---|---|
| Up to and including $1,500,000 | 1.00% |
| Over $1,500,000 up to and including $2,500,000 | 0.80% |
| Over $2,500,000 | 0.60% |
The applicable annual rate applies to the entire household balance under management. These are whole-balance breakpoints, not progressive tiers. Fees are billed quarterly in arrears.
Fixed-income-only accounts have a separate annual rate of 0.50%. That rate does not apply to the fixed-income portion of a mixed portfolio. Applicable agreements govern the treatment of accounts with different pricing.
Billing uses the quarter-end custodian value, including cash and cash equivalents, and the applicable annual rate with a day-count calculation. Partial periods, legacy arrangements, and exceptions are governed by the agreement.
Included in the advisory relationship
Planning alongside your portfolio.
Retirement income
Retirement-income planning and Social Security analysis are included at no additional planning fee.
Roth conversion planning
Conversion planning and analysis are included in the advisory fee. Roth conversion planning for nonclients is available for a separate fee, with scope and pricing discussed before engagement.
Financial planning
Advisory clients receive financial planning without a separate planning fee. Scope follows the engagement.
Other engagements & expenses
Look at the full cost picture.
Investment-product expenses, account or third-party charges, outside professional fees, and retirement-plan administration costs may apply separately. The advisory fee does not include every cost associated with your finances.
Separately engaged financial planning is available, with pricing based on the scope and complexity of the work and discussed before engagement. A complete planning engagement includes a meeting, recommendations, projections, and a financial plan.
Minimum & compensation
Discuss your fit with our team.
The standard household minimum is $50,000 in assets under management. Exceptions may apply; contact our team to discuss your circumstances.
Our advisors are fee-based. UAA pays advisory compensation; many representatives also receive insurance commissions through Alliance America. Insurance compensation creates an incentive to recommend insurance products. Review Form ADV and Form CRS for service, fee, and conflict information.
